Concept and Proposal
Based on the budget, we will present the initial concepts in the Concept design and proposal stage by proposing materials, furniture, and finishing. The proposal demonstrates optional styles to discover your preference and visualize the final design and styling.
The specification
In the specification stage, we provide you with the scope of work, quotation, and duration of work, as well as 3D renders with furniture layout and samples. We aim to work within a budget and make clients feel comfortable during our design process
Supply and Installation
Based on the whole proposed design and considering the client’s budget, we supply and install joinery works, floor covering, wall covering( cladding and molding), upholstery, furniture, decoration items, and art. We will provide the arrival schedule to the client for each item. We oversee all construction and installation procedure
In the construction stage, we have a team of builders and suppliers who work with us closely to manage every project from demolition to the construction of a new area. We ensure that the whole construction process from the primary concept to the turnkey services goes smoothly.
